The BHM 2016 Bake Off
From Sugar to vanilla, dates, coconut, coffee and chocolate, cake ingredients have a fascinating Black History. What a dull place this country would be without a taste of Black Culture!
A baking contest will take place at City College.
If you are a Norwich City College student, feel creative, want to prepare a cake, and take part in our contest,
bring your Black History Month celebration cake to the Start Up Lounge at City College on 7th October and show it off!
This year Norfolk Black History Month's theme is "The Power of words". So, get inspired and prepare your amazing cake.
Lady Parveen Bird will present a special prize for the cake she judges to be the best.
If you do not want to keep your cake and eat it slices will be sold to raise funds for Black History Month.
All cakes must be in the Start Up Lounge by 12pm.
Telephone Danny Keen on 07824668327 for more details.
